Course Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances may require participants to cancel their registration for our self-paced courses. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Participants who request to cancel their registration within 30 days of purchase and have completed no more than 2 modules of the course are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, participants must send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with their request.

Once the 30-day or 2-module limit has been exceeded, there is no option to cancel the course, as it is a self-paced course.

In the event that the provider cancels the course before the registration period has expired, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
