CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances may require participants to cancel theirĀ purchase. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

CustomersĀ who request to cancel theirĀ purchase within 30 days of purchase and have completed no more than 2 modules of the course are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund,Ā customers must send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with their request.

Once the 30-day or 2-module limit has been exceeded, there is no option to cancel the DASEL assessment course.

USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of our Digital Materials.   1. All materials provided in the Digital Materials are protected by copyright law and are owned by the provider of the course.
  2. Materials may be used for personal or educational purposes only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the provider.
  3. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of the materials for resale is strictly prohibited.

DERIVATIVE WORK

We respect the exclusive rights of the copyright holder, which includes the right to create derivative works. Any adaptation of, built from, grows out of or results from materials created by Chris Wenger, are considered derivative works and require explicit permission from the copyright holder. This includes but is not limited to audio, written/visual and video recordings.
